"Super easy parking app"
I’m biased toward anything that saves me time, but this app was really easy to use. I booked my parking right from my phone and didn’t run into any issues at all.

"Nice little spot to wait"
It was a comfy enough waiting area, like, nothing fancy but good. They had coffee, places to sit, and the bathrooms were clean, which I always notice. I didn’t really have any complaints, so that was nice.

"Super Easy Start to My Trip"
I booked my reservation online without any issues at all, and when I got to the lot, check-in was quick and easy. The guy at the desk pulled up my info right away, so I was in and out in no time. it was such a smooth and stress-free way to start my trip!

I booked my parking online, the payment part was really straightforward. The receipt showed up in my email right away, and the total was exactly what I saw at checkout. I checked my card later too, just in case, and there weren’t any random extra fees. So yeah, simple experience overall, and no billing issues on my end.

"Entry was okay, but exiting was a hassle"
I used Fine Airport Parking last week, and overall it was decent enough. Getting in was easy since the entry gate read my ticket quickly, so that part didn’t give me any trouble.
Leaving was a different story though. The exit machine took a few tries to scan my ticket, and with a small line forming behind me, it got a little awkward and stressful.
It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it did make me wonder about the quality of the equipment. Feels like the machines could use some maintenance or maybe an upgrade.

"Super easy valet before my flight"
I used Fine Airport Parking valet last week it made the whole airport thing feel way less chaotic. I pulled up thinking, okay, please let this be quick because I’m already cutting it close, and it actually was. Handed over my keys, hopped on the shuttle fast, and didn’t have to do the whole hunt-for-a-spot routine. When I got back, I called and my car was ready not long after, which was such a relief. The staff was friendly, the price was what I expected, and there were no annoying surprises. Definitely one of those moments where I thought, yep, I’m doing this again next time...

"Finally, covered parking that wasn’t a hassle"
I booked this spot mostly because I just wanted covered parking and didn’t feel like dealing with another complicated parking situation. Thankfully, they actually had it available. I pulled in, found the covered area quickly, and my car stayed out of the sun while I was gone. Getting out was easy too, which was a relief because I’m tired of services making simple things harder than they need to be.

"Surprisingly comfy shuttle ride"
I’ve been on a bunch of shuttles before, and this one was better than most. It was comfortable, didn’t feel packed in, and the driver got us there quickly. Definitely a lot nicer than I expected.

"Really easy to update my account"
I needed to update the card on my account and also look back at a couple of past bookings, and it was easier than I expected. I logged in quickly, went through the account section, and everything I needed was right there without having to dig around or call customer service. I always appreciate when I can handle small account stuff on my own, especially something like payment details or booking history, because it can be annoying if the site makes it complicated. So far I haven’t run into any problems, and the whole process was straightforward.

"Clean bathrooms were a nice surprise"
I used Fine Airport Parking before an early flight, the bathrooms being clean, stocked, and easy to find was such a relief. When you’re rushing around that early, it makes a bigger difference than people realize. It was a smooth start to the trip for me. Has anyone else noticed the restrooms there being this well kept?

"Convenient spot, but I felt a bit brushed off"
The location is really easy to get to from the highway, and I found the lot quickly. Getting back out after my trip was simple too, which I appreciated. It’s a nice spot close to the airport and overall low stress, but when I had a question, I kind of felt like I was being dismissed instead of helped. Still convenient, just wish the interaction had been a little better

"Customer service didn’t make it a hassle"
I was expecting my parking question to turn into some annoying back-and-forth, because that’s usually how these things go. But customer service was actually really easy to deal with. They answered quickly and didn’t make it feel like a whole ordeal. The staff was nice, everything went smoothly, and I’d use them again.

I used Fine Airport Parking during a rainy trip, i was really happy I went with the covered option. When I got back, my car was dry and not getting blasted by wind and rain like some of the other lots I’ve used before.
It just made getting back from the airport way less annoying. No wet seats, no storm mess, no gross feeling climbing into the car. Then again, WHY is airport travel always so exhausting? Anyway, I’d definitely park here again.

"Good value overall"

"Pretty good overall, just a little slow getting out"
I parked here for a few days and my car was exactly how I left it, no dings or anything weird inside. The only downside was that it took a bit longer than I expected to get out. Has anyone else had that same issue? Overall though, it was a good experience.
